Solar X LLC is seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems across residential and commercial properties. This role requires comfort with working on rooftops, a strong attention to safety, and hands-on experience with solar installations. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have at least 1-2 years of experience in solar installation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Solar System Installations : Install solar panels, inverters, and other solar system components safely and efficiently on residential and commercial rooftops.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis : Identify and resolve solar system issues, including production and communication problems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Tool & Material Handling : Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials such as ladders (up to 32 feet), solar panels, and hand tools.
- Project Planning : Identify the materials and quantities needed for solar installation projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- System Maintenance : Provide routine maintenance services for installed solar systems, ensuring their long-term functionality.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and on rooftops, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
The ideal candidate should possess :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in solar installation required.
