Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may impact project timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and daily logs.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Implement Steed Industries' best practices and standards in project execution.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in concrete construction.
- Knowledge of construction management processes, materials, and job site protocols.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA standards; OSHA and safety training certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Comfortable with digital tools and construction management software, such as Procore, Microsoft, and AutoCAD; tech package provided.
- Willingness to travel for project work with per diem provided.
