The Superintendent will be responsible for leading job sites, managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring top-tier safety and quality standards. This role offers opportunities for both local and travel-based projects-travel is optional, but additional compensation is provided for those who choose it.

- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure seamless workflow
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards
- Attend and contribute to progress meetings, providing project scheduling updates
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive successful project completion
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- 10-hour OSHA Certification, CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and construction technology is a plus
