Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day on-site operations to meet project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors for seamless project execution.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets client and company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe job site.
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Expertise in renovation and new construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
