- Project Management: Oversee all stages of construction from planning to design to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Direct and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents that occur on-site.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with a focus on medical and dental office buildings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Safety Compliance: Thorough understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites within Northeast Ohio and Raleigh, North Carolina.
