Stark Development Inc., a premier commercial contractor in Northeast Ohio and Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team. With over 15 years of expertise in medical facilities, dental offices, professional office buildings, and general commercial construction, we are looking for an individual who can lead our projects from planning to completion with the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Management: Oversee all stages of construction from planning to design to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Direct and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents that occur on-site.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with a focus on medical and dental office buildings.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Safety Compliance: Thorough understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites within Northeast Ohio and Raleigh, North Carolina.
