This role involves developing and delivering training programs, providing technical assistance, and facilitating apprenticeship activities to ensure participants achieve growth and success. Our experienced construction professionals serve as an integral part of any project team.Key Responsibilities : -Curriculum Development and Training : Create and deliver tailored training programs in collaboration with NYCEDC, focusing on capacity building for M / WBEs.-Technical Assistance : Schedule and conduct sessions on opportunity assistance, financial management, and business operations to enhance participant skills.-Data Collection and Reporting : Gather and analyze participant data, including annual surveys and financial statements, to track progress and report outcomes.-Apprenticeship Program Coordination : Facilitate program activities, document outcomes, and provide ongoing support for apprenticeships.Qualifications : -Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industry-specific field, or a related area.-Experience : Minimum of 5 years in curriculum development, training delivery, and technical assistance.-Skills : -Proficiency in curriculum design and training methodologies.-Strong analytical and reporting abilities for data collection and progress evaluation.-Experience providing technical assistance in financial and operational business areas.-Ability to manage and document apprenticeship programs effectively.-Soft Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Benefits : -Personal Time Off (PTO) : Employees accrue PTO hours each week, starting with 2.31 hours per week (15 days per year) for those with less than five years of continuous service.
