Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year previous experience working in a blue-collar environment in pavement marking, highway construction, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- CDL Class A or B preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., standing, climbing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must join Laborers Local Union #1058 and comply with union terms.
- Flagging Certification or Traffic Control Technician Certification is preferred.
