- Assist in the installation and maintenance of utility pipes, including water, sanitary, reclaimed water, and stormwater systems.
- Work closely with the Utilities Foreman and other team members to ensure proper and efficient completion of tasks.
- Operate various construction machinery and tools as needed for pipe laying and related tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of work quality.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and climbing as required by job duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- 2 years of experience in utility pipe laying or related construction work.
- Ability to operate construction machinery and tools effectively.
- Physical capability to work outdoors in all seasons and perform strenuous tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing.
- Understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- OSHA experience is a plus.
