Key Responsibilities
- Lead field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Oversee construction sequencing for mechanical water / wastewater projects, pump stations and sewer lift stations.
- Interpret project documents, plans, and specifications to ensure all requirements are understood and executed.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project challenges, including schedule conflicts and delays.
- Enforce and manage safety policies to maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain daily job logs, photos, and project documentation.
- Ensure project materials and workmanship adhere to quality standards.
- Develop and manage punch lists and inspection schedules.
- Build professional relationships with agencies and project stakeholders.
