Key Responsibilities

• Review job contracts, site photos, and scope documents prior to each job.
• Plan and execute safe and efficient removal and installation of windows.
• Perform precise installations per manufacturer specs - ensuring optimal fit, sealing, and insulation.
• Finish each project with interior trim and exterior cladding for a weather-tight, polished result.
• Maintain timelines and stay within labor budgets while delivering top-quality work.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address any questions or concerns.
• Proactively solve problems and adjust plans on-site to meet job demands.
• Ensure a clean and safe job site at all times, with thorough cleanup after completion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous window installation experience strongly preferred (willing to train experienced carpenters).
• Skilled in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Proficient with measuring, cutting, and installing interior/exterior trim materials.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and using power tools safely.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
