What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Manager position at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC?
Supervise team of field installers, as well as, install doors & hardware using impact & cordless drills, skill saws, grinders, belt sanders, routers, jig saws, but not limited to other power tools.

Work Environment
May be exposed to variable weather conditions. Other conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting.

Essential Functions
- Oversees all install estimating and labor for multiple teams of installers
- Tracks daily productivity
- Ensures all safety rules/requirements are followed and encourages safe work habits
- Reviews scope of labor for contracts
- Coordinates temporary labor to supplement work force in accordance with corporate requirements
- Coordinates and establishes relationships with trusted subcontractors
- Provides leadership to entire install team from hire, training, safety and discipline
- Motivates and inspires the installation teams
- Provides direction to Installation Field Supervisor
- Coordinates all jobs that will be pre-installed
- Tracks and maintains weekly/monthly installation scheduling and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequently
- Experience using power tools, such as saws, drills, etc.
- Industry experience with installation of building materials preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Due to job site and Federal contractual requirements, COVID-19 vaccination strongly preferred
- Must have strong math skills, communication skills, problem solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
- Ability to determine what type of tool and equipment are needed for a job
