Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

​​The role is responsible for completing pay applications and assisting with billing. This person will work in direct support of the Accounting Manager.​   Essential Functions ​​Assist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projects  ​Reconcile jobs  ​Change order research and help get change orders for all salesmen ​Proper project close out ​Comsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales orders  ​Research back charges, missing material, change orders, etc. ​Other relative duties as assigned​   Minimum Qualifications ​​​Associates’ degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience ​Experience in both construction and accounting related positions preferred ​Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test​​   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  ​​Strong mathematical and analytical skills required ​Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products specifically Excel ​Strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical​   Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
