Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to step into the role of a Corporate Facilitator with a focus on the door, frame, hardware, and security integration industry. This key position will be instrumental in empowering our associates with the technical expertise and practical skills required to excel in this specialized field. You must be comfortable speaking in front of small to medium-sized groups and possess the acumen to guide participants through hands-on learning experiences.
Essential Functions
Maintain records of certifications and training completions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
Work with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs, tailoring programs to meet specific goals
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing essential training to help them integrate smoothly
Provide input on and maintain materials, manuals, and resources to facilitate effective and engaging learning experiences
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both on-site in Winston-Salem, NC, and in the field, as required
Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements to the programs; drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS), ensuring a deep understanding of key drivers of customer satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service to staff, with a commitment to responding to inquiries within 24 hours
Work with the Corporate Training team to develop new hire training, create innovative training documentation, and contribute to the growth of the department
Partner with the IT Department to assist with Comsense and BlueBeam support tickets, serving as a resource when needed
Travel up to 60-70% as needed, with all mileage and job-related expenses reimbursed by the company
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Corporate facilitation experience
High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Current and valid US driver’s license preferred
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have exceptional oral communication abilities and positive interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and foster a collaborative learning environment
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple training programs, materials, and documentation efficiently
Proven ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality training delivery
Ability to gather, collate, and classify data accurately, utilizing job-related equipment and software. Flexibility in working with data through defined yet varied processes and interpreting guidelines independently to solve problems
Competence in operating job-related technology using standardized methods. Problem-solving with technology is required, though typically limited to moderate levels of complexity
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups, adapting to changing work priorities, and maintaining constructive relationships
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop action plans, and address challenges, particularly with data interpretation and equipment usage
