We are renowned for serving global tapas-style dishes, all carefully paired with our award-winning wine list. We are committed to providing our guests with high-quality food and exceptional service in a stylish yet casual setting.We are open for dinner service only, Wednesday through Saturday.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chef to complete our team in our scratch kitchen. The position is an opportunity to learn advanced culinary techniques from the owner/ Executive Chef Keith Blauschild, CEC. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu items in accordance with our standards and recipes.

Compensation is dependent on experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operation
  • Experience grilling and sautéing
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, FOH staff, and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time. Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Must also possess the ability to taste and respond to visual and aural cues; must be able to verbally communicate with employees at all times.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years of high end restaurant experience
  • Certifications:
  • Culinary Degree from an accredited school preferred, or an apprenticeship program
