Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate contact with customers to determine their banking needs.
- Process financial transactions, provide product education, and open and service accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies.
- Cross-sell the bank's products and services by tailoring recommendations based on customer financial necessities and goals.
- Demonstrate and provide customer training and support with mobile and online banking programs.
Requirements

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
