We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Banker II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to cultivate customer relationships and increase sales. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Banker II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to cultivate customer relationships and increase sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate customer relationships and increase sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Open and service new accounts, and resolve account discrepancies.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and make recommendations to customers based on their financial needs.
- High School Diploma / GED required; Associates Degree in business or related field preferred.
- One to three years of previous retail banking experience in a Teller or Relationship Banker I role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
