JOB DESCRIPTION
-Serve as managing agent to a portfolio of condominium associations.
-Meet by Zoom and/or in person periodically with the Board of Directors of each association
-Assist Boards in understanding and complying with governing documents
-Solicit comparable and competitive bids for major work
-Manage enforcement of association rules and regulations
-Guide client boards in understanding of and compliance with budgets, financial statements and reserve studies
-Offer guidance in running effective meetings
-Assist in development of association policies, regulations and rules
-Manage on-site personnel (if any)
-Recommend needed maintenance and coordinate vendors
-Draft correspondence on behalf of client board

You must have at least an AA degree. Preference will be given to a higher degree.
You should have worked in this or a similar business for at least two years.
