The Copper Crust Co in York, PA is a growing company looking for front-of-house team members (FOH) to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 966 S George St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, hard-working and has an understanding of the “service” industry. We are a growing company who will open another concept in the coming months. Now is a great time to join our team and grow with us.

Front of house food experience preferred.

Pay determined by experience and the individual.

Our current have a Full-time position (about 32-36 hours a week)

There will be evening shifts; however, we close at 8pm so no late nights.

Sunday morning shifts are required.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and take their orders completely *Run food to tables and check back to ensure the guest is satisfied *Clear and sanitize tables and all FOH areas *Promote menu items and prepare beverages to customer specifications. *Notice and talk to guests to ensure they have a great experience *Follow up and address any concerns guests may have *Assist bakery with tasks as needed *Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized workspace to include wiping, mopping and removing trash as needed *Communicate with the kitchen team as needed *Stock, restock and organize the stations so that they are ready for the next shift *And what needs to be done at anyone time.

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

*Manage shift to ensure proper service and guest experiences *Delegate and take an active role in on going side work and closing duties *Ensure proper closing procedures and reset for next day *Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to *Properly close out registers ensuring accuracy of counts *Fill out FOH communications sheet with complete details for shift

Qualifications

*Friendly and positive attitude to guests as well as team members. *Ability to work in a team towards a common goal *Able to keep calm in busy situations and communicate effectively to team and guests *Must be responsible and detail oriented *Outgoing personality *Good communication skills *Must be avaible at least 1 weekend day/evening, evenings and able to meet scheduling needs *Able to be on feet and moving quickly for long periods *Able to lift and move 40lbs.
