Copper River Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support within the HQ CI Directorate. This role primarily serves as a management assistant to a Senior Executive Service (SES) member and offers secondary support to the deputy director and office staff. The HQ CI Directorate provides leadership and direction for NAVFAC's CI programs and interacts with senior Navy, Department of Defense (DoD) leadership, and Congressional staff.
This position is on-site in Newport, RI.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Support :
- Manage and maintain the Chief Engineer's daily calendar, including scheduling and following up on meetings.
- Screen and respond to telephone calls and visitors from SES members, senior Navy and DoD leadership.
- Print and compile briefing documents, arrange transportation as needed, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Perform standard clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, filing, and distributing correspondence.
- Ensure timely handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
