Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is required.
- Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills are necessary for managing transactions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
