The CORE Project, Inc. is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mobile, AL. We are hiring for our location at:
2448 Gordon Smith Drive, Mobile Al
Responsibilities include:
- Provide analytic behavior procedures to individuals in an outpatient clinic setting with the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA maintaining procedural fidelity
- Provide precise data collection that monitors the validity of the treatment plan
- Communicate with the BCBA about patient's progress pertaining to the treatment goals
- Provide routine written and verbal progress updates pertaining to the treatment goals
- Participate in group meetings and trainings
- Maintain adequate upkeep of the cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment
- Maintain continuous positive client engagement
- Promptly complete all required documentation of each clinical session
- Provide a positive and safe environment for patients at all times
- Manage crisis' using profession crisis management (PCM), when necessary
- Fulfillment of any additional tasks requested by supervising BCBA or Clinical Director with a patient first mindset
Education Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the BACB
- Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification (BLS level, at minimum)
Training will be provided by The CORE Project for any certifications not yet acquired
Physical Requirement: The job responsibilities may require kneeling, crouching, carrying, pushing, bending, and lifting to 50 lb.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
