Counter Sales Position:

 

Overview:

            Come join our amazing team of dedicated HVAC sales professionals. Our philosophy is to provide our customers with a consistently high level of service, each time we interact with them. This start with our Sales Counter. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsive, and friendly counter individuals. The right person will show strong customer service skills and should be driven by helping people with a smile.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Process orders accurately
  • Providing quotes
  • Stock showroom
  • Follow-up on orders that are backordered or have extended lead times
  • Write up returns
  • Warranty parts
  • Follow-up on all quotes
  • Attend Training
