Dishwasher and Food Runner:
THE CORNER GRILL, BAR GAME ROOM
Rustic-chic, eco-minded American eatery & caterer with craft cocktails, local beers & outdoor seats.
We are seeking responsible and dependable dishwashers and food runners to assist in the kitchen. Cleanliness and organization are key.
Responsibilities:
Dishwasher:
- Wash all silver, plate ware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work well as a team member in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
- Take garbage and trash to dumpster area
- Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
- Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine
Food Runner:
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
Skills and Requirements:
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Pay: Starting at $16 per hour
