We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meeting sales goals, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team at a Liquidation store. The following hour are, friday 9-4, Saturday 9-4,sunday 9-4. All Three shifts are mandatory. Must be happy and enjoy talking to customers. will process,price and display incoming merchandise. will work the register and assist customers. Must be able to stand for the majority of shift. Must be able to film and produce high content videos for social media on all platforms and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Duties

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve market goals and increase revenue.

Skills

• Proven experience in store management or as an assistant manager in a retail environment.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Familiarity with wireless sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
