Summary :
Senior Account Specialist reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. The role consists of supporting all functions within the Westnet Sales and Marketing department : external and internal communications, strategic marketing coordination and execution, achieving sales goals based on hurdle rates, daily customer interaction, trade show planning and participation, social media exchange management, coordination of marketing tools and brand management. Commission-based after a three-month training period.
Position Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day functions as they relate to goals, strategic planning, marketing, staff support and sales initiatives.
- Increase revenue based on par level driven goals
- Management sales and marketing projects to include document tracking, follow up and distribution.
- Coordinate and assist in the planning, implementation, and launches of special events, trade shows, products and promotions.
- Assist with preparation for product launching, customer presentations, internal overviews, meetings, and other projects.
- Daily in-person customer visits, meetings, emails, virtual calls and follow-up.
- Create and follow-up on all sales timelines / schedules and manufacturing training schedules.
- Analyze sales reports to define customer and sales trends.
- Track and organize sales logs with other sales related documentation of products and customers.
- Provide creative support and editing of materials as required.
- Attend product and sales improvement trainings
Education - Experience :
Minimum bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience
