Located in the West Valley at 200th Ave & Olive Ave adjacent to the entrance of the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, The Corral at White Tank Ranch is an outdoor restaurant & bar open Fri, Sat & Sun for dinner featuring live, local music and serving burgers, brats, beers and more with the most spectacular views of the mountains, breathtaking sunsets and city lights at night. Our hours will expand in the next few weeks to lunch & dinner Sat & Sun. A very special venue for those who enjoy Arizona’s beautiful outdoors.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Barback and Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining and bar experience by supporting the bartenders and servers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, and other supplies.
• Replenish ice, garnishes, straws, napkins, and other bar essentials.
• Assist bartenders in preparing drink orders and maintaining a clean bar area.
• Clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and bar surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
• Assist with keg changes and ensuring the draft system is functioning properly.
• Clear and reset bar tops as needed.
• Clear tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils after guests leave.
• Clean and sanitize tables and seating areas.
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Restock server stations with necessary supplies.
• Assist with other cleaning tasks, such as sweeping floors and emptying trash.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers and bartenders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barback, busser, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
