The Cottages at University Place Memory Care facility is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician Caregiver split to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing care and ensuring smooth operation of medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information accurately
- Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient procedures
- Monitor and document patient symptoms and progress
- Handle medical records using electronic systems
- Provide support in hospital, memory care, and other healthcare settings
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or medical assistance preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to take accurate vital signs
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient interactions
Job Qualification:
- Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Active HCA/CNA License
