Qualifications:
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing
- Must be a current BYU student
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities:
- Conduct unit and property inspections, ensuring upkeep as needed
- Perform all landscaping work and snow removal
- Maintain and test the spa regularly
- Handle basic household repairs
- Clean site and common areas on a weekly basis
- Show apartments to prospective tenants
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel
- (Note: All contracts and finances are managed by the owner)
