CarePartners Management Group (CPMG), a Western Washington based Senior Care owner/operator with 30 Communities in WA and AZ, is currently undertaking additional expansion in the Greater Puget Sound region through acquisitions and new construction. This expansion covers FROM Snohomish County to Pierce County.
Salary range is $85k - $120k with a performance bonus potential of 15-20%
CPMG’s is organized and philosophically orientated to help our ED’s be successful. After all, our success only happens at the Community level not in the C suite or at the corporate office.
We do not have unnecessary layers of corporate management between the ED and the decision makers, and we pride ourselves on our response time, flexible problem-solving and decision-making, and the quality of support/action for our onsite leaders. With CPMG, support is what we do not just say.
