What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Case Manager position at The Cottle Firm?
We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to handle files in direct discussion with the attorney.
Our ideal case manager has 3 years of experience managing motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and various other personal injury related cases from intake through case settlement. The ability to handle and manage heavy client contact, in a professional and friendly manner, is essential. Knowledge of Filevine is a plus.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with new client intake as needed.
- Inputting cases into our Filevine database.
- Preparing and sending letters of representation.
- Assisting clients with property damage claims.
- Coordinating medical treatment.
- Reviewing medical records.
- Preparing and sending demand packages.
- Assisting attorneys with case negotiations.
- Contacting and keeping clients up to date on case progress throughout case.
- Accounting and disbursal of settlement funds.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
