Job Description :
The State University of New York at Fredonia seeks qualified applicants for a Full-Time Lecturer in the Music Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Music Industry including : Pathway to Success, Music Industry Foundations, The Business of Music, History of the Music Industry, and other related courses. A master's degree by 8 / 15 / 2024 and Music Industry experience plus demonstrated excellence in Music Industry teaching is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach a wide range of undergraduate courses in Music Industry, including : Pathway to Success, Music Industry Foundations, The Business of Music, History of the Music Industry, and other related courses;
- Contribute to curriculum development and refinement;
- Provide academic advisement to students;
- Participate in committees and provide service to the department, college, university, and / or profession;
- Be aware of, understand, and follow all university policies.
