Job Title: Assistant Racquets Professional
Location: The Country Club of Little Rock
Position Overview:
Our beautiful exclusive club offers a tremendous racquets facility which includes six outdoor hard tennis courts, five outdoor clay courts, two bubbled clay courts, and four outdoor designated pickleball courts. The ideal candidate will assist the Director of Racquets in developing additional tennis and pickleball programs, organizing leagues, teaching lessons/clinics, junior program, and all other aspects of the racquet’s program.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide high-quality instruction for both tennis and pickleball to players of all ages and skill levels.
- Assist with the development and management of junior programs in tennis and pickleball.
- Assist with organizing and running tournaments, leagues, and social events that promote a fun, competitive environment within our club.
- Assist with teaching introductory clinics in tennis and pickleball to bring more members into our racquets program.
- Enhance overall member experience by creating a fun energetic atmosphere for every participant within our program.
- Function as an Ambassador for CCLR and reinforce the values we stand upon.
Job Requirements:
- Certification in tennis and pickleball a must.
- Experience of working in a member-owned club is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Passionate about tennis and pickleball to help us exceed members’ expectations.
- Strong character, communication skills, fun personality, team player, organized, responsible, attention to detail, and innovative creative thinker.
- Minimum playing ability of 4.5 in tennis and pickleball required.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with additional commissions on lessons, clinics, and junior program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
