Job Opportunity: Player Services Personnel
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Player Services Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential services to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable golf experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and transport golf carts, ensuring they are ready for use (checking tire pressure, brakes, etc.).
- Load and unload golf bags from the bag storage room to carts and return them to the racks after use.
- Maintain and transport range balls, including filling containers and operating a tractor/ball picker.
- Clean and maintain golf clubs and rental equipment for members and guests.
- Ensure the bag storage room remains organized and tidy.
- Wash and inspect golf carts for damage, ensuring all accessories are intact.
- Notify the pro shop of any lost and found clubs.
- Assist Golf Professionals and staff with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A passion for golf and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work early mornings and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Previous experience in golf operations or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Hours:
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
