Job Description
Reports to: Director of Services Department: Clubhouse FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping all Club facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing cleaning duties, such as dusting all furniture, and fixtures, cleaning/vacuum floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. This role clean rooms and bathrooms in all Club buildings as designated by the Director of Services.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keeps all rooms and buildings cleaned and in orderly condition as set by the Club’s standards.
- Cleans inside and outside windows, wipes all windowsills, walls, and light switches.
- Vacuums carpets and rugs in all areas.
- Dusts rooms and all furniture and fixtures in each room.
- Conducts deep-cleaning projects as designated.
- Wipes mirrors and windows in rooms and bathrooms.
- Cleans and polishes brass.
- Cleans all stairwells and landings.
- Cleans all restrooms by sanitizing toilets, washes tiles, tub, shower walls, and fixtures and wipes down shower curtains and cleans sink and fixtures.
- Cleans walls, baseboards, and floors in all rooms.
- Spots clean carpets and assist with scheduled carpet cleaning.
- Stocks cleaning cart and hand caddy.
- Empties wastebaskets in all areas.
- Checks lamps for burned out light bulbs. Replace with like kind wattage, color, and shape.
- Restocks towels, wash cloths, soap, glasses and other supplies and amenities in restrooms and suites.
- Assists in setting up tables and chairs for Club functions as needed.
- Maintains equipment and examines ways to complete duties more efficiently with the right tools and materials. Shares process improvement ideas with Director of Services.
- Must adhere personally and always preserve and maintain the tangible and intangible assets of the Club.

- Other duties as assigned.
Benefits offered for full-time employees only (working 30 or more hours every week), after 60-days of employment, to include health, dental, life, vision, critical illness and disability insurance; 401k after 1,000 hours of work with enrollments at April 1 and October 1; paid personal leave.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching.
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment background check.
Must have valid ID and Social Security card readily available.
