Job Description
A Busser works primarily in the dining area of our restaurant and banquet dining room. They move back and forth between these areas attending to diners and assisting waitstaff with their duties.
Busser’s duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist services with food deliveries by bringing food trays to servers in dining room
- Clear trays from dining area
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for bar set up
- Set up floor plans for dining area to include moving tables, chairs, etc.
- Runner between areas to assist with stocking and waitstaff needs
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
Qualifications:
- Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to stand and walk for minimum of 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
