The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a talented IT Director to lead and optimize our technology infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations, strong security, and exceptional support for staff and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess technology needs and implement solutions to enhance operations
- Supervise the IT Support Technician and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain and update hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity efforts, including backups, monitoring, and security training
- Communicate with all staff, including those whose skills lie in areas other than technology, along with members and guests
- Train staff on new technologies and provide ongoing technical support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- 5 years of IT management experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, MS365, and cybersecurity tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with planning, budgeting, and project management for IT systems
Schedule
- Full-time on-site, Monday–Friday, with on-call availability for emergencies
