About the Role:
As a Wellness Personal Trainer, you will work with a diverse range of members, from youth athletes to older adults, helping them build strength, improve conditioning, and enhance their overall wellness. Your primary training hours will align with prime-time demand: 7:00 AM –12:00 PM and 3:00 PM –6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized training sessions for clients of varying ages and fitness levels
- Develop safe, effective programs for youth, general strength and conditioning, and active aging populations (pre-post therapy not required)
- Educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper technique and injury prevention
- Collaborate with the wellness team to foster a positive and professional training environment
Qualifications:
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM CPT, ACSM CPT, NSCA CPT, or NSCA CSCS (other credentials will be considered)
- Proven experience working with youth, general strength and conditioning, and active aging populations
- A commitment to continuing education, with preference for youth fitness certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
