What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Manager position at The Country Club of Virginia, Inc?
- Provide leadership for all Wellness services, ensuring a top-notch experience for members and staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Continuously evolve and expand programs to meet the changing needs of our members while adhering to budget expectations
- Ensure the Wellness Department is well-managed, driving high member participation, support, and satisfaction levels
- Manage a team of 15-25 employees, including 3 direct reports (Personal Trainers, Pilates Coordinator, Personal Trainers, Wellness Coordinator, and Physical Therapy contract)
- Address and resolve both employee and member issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise daily wellness activities, staff, and program participation while keeping accurate records
- Develop, implement, and promote a diverse range of wellness services, and maintain systems for efficient program management
- Oversee the contract with Physical Therapy services and assist members in transitioning from Physical Therapy to Personal Training
This position works 40 hours per week, including up to 5 hours of training. Thanksgiving Day is mandatory to assist with CCV's annual Turkey Trot 5k event.
