Position Title : Banquet House Attendant
Position Reports to : Director of Event Operations

FLSA Category : Non-Exempt; Hourly Position
The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for assisting the Banquets and Food & Beverage Departments to set up and break down events. Enhance the dining experience by following proper service procedures and by exceeding member expectations. Willingness and ability to interact and communicate courteously and politely with members. Maintain a professional demeanor, work harmoniously with others, and strive to excel.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Be a productive member of the team by showing up on time, properly groomed and dressed, in a positive frame of mind
- Gather and set daily functions : placing tables and chairs, setting to specifications provided by manager and as indicated on event write-up documents
- Break down event spaces and return furniture, dishware, and décor to respective storage areas
- Stock storage rooms as needed and maintain organization within all storage spaces
- Clean member and event spaces
- Additional duties / projects as assigned by management
