We are a nationally recognized Platinum Club with a long tradition of excellence that continues today. The Club’s golf course is a highly regarded William Flynn design and has played a part of many important golf events. The Club’s sports facilities include the 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, fitness center, skeet range, and a recently renovated all-weather racquet facility supporting tennis, paddle, and pickleball. The Club has multiple private party rooms and dining options, providing the membership with many opportunities for social interaction.
Position Overview:
As a Child Watch Employee, you will be responsible for supervising and entertaining children aged 3 to 12, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents enjoy the various amenities offered at The Country Club. This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to inspire and engage young minds while providing parents with peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Entertain: Create a fun and stimulating atmosphere for children through age-appropriate games, activities, and crafts.
Safety First: Ensure the safety of all children by closely monitoring their activities and providing immediate assistance when needed.
Build Relationships: Develop positive and supportive relationships with children and their families, making The Country Club their preferred destination.
Supervise and Organize: Maintain a well-organized and clean Child Watch area, while adhering to club policies and guidelines.
Communicate Effectively: Keep parents informed about their child's activities, progress, and any special needs.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among the children in a respectful and responsible manner.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a childcare, camp, or educational setting is preferred.
A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and engage children of all ages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid is a plus.
A background check and reference check may be required.
