Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
