About the Role:

The Office Manager for the Children and Youth Agency plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency's administrative functions. This position is responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing clerical staff, including schedules, and assisting Caseworkers and Caseworker Supervisors with coordinating clients needs. The Office Manager will implement efficient office procedures and maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and clients. Ultimately, the Office Manager contributes to the agency's mission of providing high-quality services to children and youth by fostering an organized and supportive workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree in applicable subject strongly preferred
  • Five or more years in a professional office position required
  • Previous experience managing others in an office setting is preferred
  • A combination of equivalent experience and education may replace 2-4 above.
