TikTok Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re a growing luxury wellness brand seeking a TikTok-savvy marketer who can both create high-performing ad content and manage paid campaigns on TikTok. This role combines creative production with performance marketing. The goal? Drive real engagement, maximize CTR, and bring in high-value clients. You’ll have creative freedom, but results are key. Students with limited experience that are looking to make money on the side are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form TikTok ads that convert
• Manage ad placement and audience targeting via TikTok Ads Manager
• A/B test creatives, captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Optimize campaigns for engagement, CTR, and conversions
• Track and report on ad performance and ROI
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, algorithm shifts, and ad innovations
• Recommend relevant hashtags, keywords, and content strategies

Skills:

• Proven experience with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social media strategy. However, limited experience is still acceptable.
• Strong grasp of TikTok content creation (video editing, sound trends, storytelling)
• Ability to target and segment audiences for specific objectives
• Basic to mid-level video editing (CapCut, Adobe, InShot, etc.)
• Understanding of funnel strategy and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
• Portfolio or examples of past TikTok ads with measurable results
