The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We're looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our dedicated staff :
FT 3p-11p
FT 11p-7a
Per Diem - min 4 shifts / mo, 2 weekend shifts
SNF and LTC settings
Active New Hampshire LNA required
We'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates (upon hire)
Come to work in a long-term care setting and get a refund for the cost of your training! 100% tuition reimbursement is available through the State of NH for all LNA students. Once your license is active and you're employed in a long-term care facility in NH, we can help you submit your receipt for reimbursement. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are all eligible.
Responsibilities :
Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs
Dependability and good communication are essential for this position
Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program
Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents' safety and comfort
Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies
Qualifications :
Active NH LNA license
We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred
Ability to build rapport with residents
Punctual, dependable work ethic
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
