Job Requirements
- 1 years paid house cleaning experience, residential, commercial or professional house cleaning or janitorial work
- Must speak basic conversational English
- Dependable, punctual and honest.
- Pass a background check
- Valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable and insured vehicle
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize floor care techniques to ensure all types of flooring are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to efficiently manage cleaning tasks.
- Apply relevant skills such as laundry, carpet cleaning, and housekeeping management as needed.

This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a cleaning technician works with our company, you are put on our payroll. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base depending on your customer service and quality of work.
