Responsibilities
Overview :
US Services is poised for significant growth and transformation, increasing Services Orders to $2.6B and Sales to $2B within the next three years. The Communications Lead will be responsible for spearheading and scaling the operational and cultural strategy of Schneider Electric’s US Services organization transformation to One Services. This role will deliver a scalable and fully executed internal communications strategy as well as play a key role in driving the change management across the organization. Reporting to the Business Operations & Transformation Director, the Communications Lead will focus on delivering a cultural transformation of the organization to accelerate US Service’s growth and drive an integrated understanding of Schneider’s differentiated positioning, strengths and capabilities for the North American market.
What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day :
- Implement a communications strategy and plan for the US Services Organization and its One Services Strategy with a clear tie to business KPIs for 2025-2027.
- Work closely with US Services Leadership to understand strategic objectives and relevant stakeholders and develop appropriate communication activations and materials.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to determine engagement and change management needs, expectations, and concerns of all audiences to ensure strong buy-in and support for the project.
- Discover, develop and activate new brand stories surrounding the One Services strategy, including storytelling assets requiring strong positioning and transversal messaging.
- Work with all business functions to identify and deliver key employee messages and programs via the appropriate communication channel.
- Foster employee engagement within the organization's goals & initiatives by delivering engaging content, including communications activation tactics as well as coaching, mentoring, and training audiences as needed.
- Serve as a change agent ensuring organizational readiness through ongoing communication, education, and best practice sharing.
- Track progress and adjust strategies based on intelligent information gathered through inbound communication including, but not limited to employee surveys and focus group feedback sessions.
- Provide key communication facilitation throughout US Services, acting as the hub designed to effectively keep all employees informed on key initiatives, programs, and events related to driving a transformational culture.
- Align external and internal programs as well as communications campaigns to support One Services strategy across our communications channels.
- Support the Director and Organization SVP with critical presentations and communications.
- Serve as a connective tissue and cultural engine bringing all of US Services together.
- Implement and activate communications strategy.
- Quickly integrate into the organization and assess issues that hinder team effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with the Leadership Team direct reports and stakeholders across the organization to influence positive outcomes.
- Own strategic communication and content creation and messaging for events.
