Summary
FarmboxRx is seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to lead and oversee our social media and public relations strategies, with a significant emphasis on LinkedIn. This role requires prior LinkedIn management experience and an understanding of industry trends, particularly within healthcare and social determinants of health.
The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in driving communication strategies across digital and traditional channels while maintaining a consistent voice and brand message. This position involves heavy writing responsibilities, ensuring all external-facing communications—ranging from press releases to thought leadership content—are strategic, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative, and results-driven communicator with exceptional writing skills, a proven track record in PR and social media management, and a passion for driving engagement and awareness in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the development and execution of FarmboxRx's social media strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, to build engagement, amplify brand visibility, and drive thought leadership in the healthcare space.
- Collaborate with B2B Marketing and Creative teams to develop cohesive and strategic content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Directly manage and execute public relations initiatives, including crafting press releases, media outreach, and securing placements to elevate brand reputation and awareness.
- Write and edit high-quality, compelling communications, including blog posts, articles, press materials, email newsletters, and executive thought leadership pieces.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for FarmboxRx to position itself as a leader in healthcare and nutrition solutions.
- Analyze and report on the performance of communication strategies, providing data-driven insights to optimize messaging and content delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to drive positive media coverage.
- Collaborate with leadership to align communications strategies with the company’s mission and values, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Manage the content calendar for social media and PR, ensuring timely and relevant delivery of messaging.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring tone, messaging, and visuals are consistent with FarmboxRx’s positioning and strategic priorities.
