Develop and execute a

bold

global communications strategy that aligns with Cognex’s business priorities, driving employee engagement and brand visibility.Be the Voice of Cognex

Translate complex ideas into

clear, compelling, and engaging

stories that resonate with our 2,500 Cognoids and external stakeholders.Create & Oversee Content

Drive strategy, execution, and innovation for

internal communications platforms

Intranet, digital signage, employee meetings) and other key channels.Collaborate with Key Leaders

Work closely with the

in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field ( Master’s degree a plus! ).Experience navigating

high-growth environments

and leading communication strategies through change.Proven track record of building and leading a world-class corporate communications function.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and

SharePoint preferred .This role is based in our

Natick, MA office

with an on-site presence required
