Responsibilities
Overview :
Are you passionate about creating compelling stories and delivering engaging content that informs and inspires associates? In this role on the HR Communications team, you will help to develop and implement strategic communications initiatives in support of our human resources function. You will be part of a broader Associate Communications team and work closely with key business partners. You will help drive positive awareness of Fidelity’s strategic initiatives amongst associates, while measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communications programs across our team. You will work closely with and collaborate across the HR Communications team to support HR leaders, program teams, and Corporate Affairs partners. While you will report into a Director of HR Communications, you will be part of an incredible team Enterprise HR Communications responsible for driving impactful internal and external communications programs for Fidelity’s firm-wide business goals.
