Compensation : 70,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, your talents will move cases forward by gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning plan for each client

Qualifications : Requirements :

Bilingual (Spanish) – Essential to have the ability to speak Spanish fluently. No exceptions. Please only apply if you are fluent

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury

Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field

Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc.

Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment

Draft / respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments

Analyze evidence / reports, organize, and track files

E-file

Schedule depositions

Prepare mediation / trial notebooks
